Police helicopter searches for man because he was not wearing warm clothing

A comprehensive search by the police happened on Saturday evening because a young man ran out of his family’s apartment wearing inappropriate clothing

A 20-year-old from the north German county of Verden, who had left his home in a drunken state after a family quarrel, triggered a major police deployment. According to police reports, the reason was the young man did not wear “weather-resistant clothing”.

Relatives had been worried about him because he was dressed only in a T-shirt in November. They contacted the police and an extensive search was initiated, in which a police helicopter was briefly involved. After several hours, around 0:10 o’clock, the drunk idiot was found by relatives asleep in the car of a neighbor.

Funeral Mourners Get Stoned After Being Served Hash Cake

Police say a funeral in the German city of Rostock ended on an involuntary drug high when mourners were accidentally served hash cake. That must have been a fun funeral!

An employee of the restaurant, where the mourners met, brought the pastry without knowing the exact ingredient list. The cake was made by the18-year-old daughter of the woman, who regularly bakes cakes for events, said a police spokesman from Rostock on Tuesday. She also helped her mom prepare cakes for the memorial service, but the mother took the wrong cake from the freezer without consulting her daughter.

Afer eating the cake, 13 guests experienced symptoms such as nausea or dizziness and needed medical treament.

“Police learned about the incident later in the evening when participants came to the police station to file a complaint,” a spokesman said. The 18-year-old, who had kept the cake in the freezer for her own use, was found guilty of negligent and dangerous bodily harm in 13 cases, disturbance and a violation of the Narcotics Act.

German city offers $1.1M to whoever proves it doesn’t exist

The German city of Bielefeld is not a place that attracts a lot of tourist and is not really famous for anything. The place is so bland that back in 1994 computer expert Achim Held used it to poke fun at online conspiracies and posted a satirical comment on the internet claiming that the city does not exist.

To this day, the joke refuses to die. Even German Chancellor Angela Merkel once jokingly cast doubt on the existence of the city, which is allegedly located around 330 kilometers west of Berlin.

After decades of trying to prove it exists, the city of Bielefeld decided to finally embrace its alleged non-existence. Officials in Bielefeld said on Wednesday that they will give 1 million euros ($1.1 million) to the person who delivers solid proof of its non-existence. They said there are “no limits to creativity” for entrants, but only irrefutable evidence will qualify for the prize.

Pigeon Helps Driver Avoid Speeding Ticket

Police in Germany says avian divine intervention saved a speeding driver from getting a ticket. The miracle happened when a pigeon photobombed a traffic camera at just the right moment. Viersen police said “the Holy Ghost must have had a plan” to help the driver.

Just as the radar clocked the driver at 54 km/h in a 30km/h zone and the camera flashed, the pigeon flew in front of the car, obscuring the face of the driver with its spread wings concealing the necessary evidence of who was at the wheel.

Police say “thanks to the feathered guardian angel,” the driver was spared a 105 euro fine but should take it as “a sign from above” to slow down.

I didn’t know God has time for saving speeding drivers from tickets. He should probably consider reassessing what his priorities are.

Minion steals tourist´s wallet

An encounter with a man dressed as a minion ended badly for a British tourist from Liverpool while visiting the German city of Bremen.

The woman was exploring the beautiful historic city centre with her mother-in-law when a minion came up to them and started making those annoying minion sounds. She was so amused by that scene that she gave the creature 5 Euros and took a photo with it. A few minutes later she went to a nearby cafe where she realized her wallet was gone. So was the minion.

My grandfather always use to say: “Don´t trust anything that is yellow.” He was right. Just a quick internet search has shown that this is not the first time they stole from innocent people.
